Warehouse

OMODA and JAECOO are commercial partners with DHL, and the warehouse will be used to store different spare components for OMODA and JAECOO. This warehouse will be built in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province, and will start operations on August 24, 2024. You can be certain that if your vehicle requires the replacement of numerous components. You will not have to wait as long as you did before.

• If the dealer orders by 10:00 a.m., it will be delivered the same day.
• If a dealer orders after 10:00 a.m., it will be delivered the next day.

upcountry

• If the distributor orders the goods by 10:00 a.m., delivery within 3 business days* (excluding 3 southern provinces).

1.  Free! Wall Charge with Installation
2.  The call center will initiate contact with the consumer within a 24-hour period after the delivery of the car.
3.  The installation crew will schedule an appointment to assess the installation site (within 14 days after the assessment)  and provide survey report with explanation of the complete installation procedure.

• Arrange the meter and gather the necessary specs for the installation process.

4.  The installation staff will complete the installation process within a period of two weeks after the survey. and generate installation reports for customers
5.  There is a 2-year warranty on the charger and a 1-year warranty on the installation work.
